Truefully does anybody have weight issues???

I was just wondering if anybody else on here has weight problems???


Because I do I am 13 I weigh 140 and am only 5'3"
I just want to know maybe what ya'll do about being overweight? Cuz I would really like to go on a diet but I just cant get my mom to buy me the stuff?

I'm 5'4", 16, and about 130 lbs. It's normal for my age and whatnot. Your Mom doesn't neciassarly have to buy you anything, you just need to find healthier things around the house to eat and drink lots of water and juices. Alos when you go out to eat get something healthier.
 
To tell the truth, I am. Overweight, I mean. I'm not going to say what size I am, but I'll say that I'm on a diet. I'm on something called the Zone Diet, where they send you food, and you can't eat anything else but what they send you. It's kind of expensive, but I think I'm losing weight fast, so I guess it works! :cheer2: Also, I don't exersice as much as I should, because I'm an actress and a singer, and I don't do anything else besides that. But I'm starting to go to a gym, so yay! Good luck to you!
 
im 5'4' and i weigh 108 pounds, and i am 13. you dont need someone to buy you "the stuff" just watch what you eat and stuff. excerise and get outta the house often. thats really it.

i think im over weight though..
 

I spent 5 years starving myself and struggling with an eating disorder to look the way people expected me to look and now my body and health are totally ****ed up because of it.

I don't care how I look now, All I want is to be healthy again.

Off and on, I've been dealing with the same thing. Thinking I was too fat, starving, over-eating, purging.. It does nothing good for you. I finally got to a nutritionist, who told me I was fine for my body type. 5'8", 15 and 130lbs. Sometimes it's hard not to get carried away with your body issues. I still obsess over the size of my jeans, and the way my legs look.. stuff like that, I just don't know if I'll ever stop doing.
 
I finally came to realize that my body type is curvy and i love my hips and love my chest and I have found aguy who loves me no matter what size I am.

The eating disorder was definitely not worth the health consequences.

honey, for one, you dont sound THAT overweight.

but i must say im not the skinniest thing in the world. i wont reveal my size on here because it makes me uncomfortable, but i am doing something about it. my mother and i started up curves (a womans gym) and we go everyday (...well i cant now because of some toe issues ><; ) but hopefully it'll help with the rest!

btw- good luck to all of you who really and truly (not all ya perfectly fine girls who just think your fat XD) are struggling with your weight. keep it up and remember everyone is beautiful! :goodvibes
 
ok, im 14 and my weight varies from 105 to 120, depending on what i am doing. When i started boarding school. i weighed like between 120 and 130. (oh, i'm 5 ft 2in.) but then i started playing field hockey, and our practices where pretty hardcore and i went down 2 pant sizes. and i think i eat more than i ever did. So if you start exercising and maybe take up a sport, like field hockey, you could loose some weight. And dont eat like little bits and pieces of things, eat three meals a day(doesnt matter how big, as long as they are healthy and your not like binging or starving) and sometimes a little snack like once a week. Thats what i did, and now i am happy with my weight most of the time. and always remember muscles weigh more than fat.
 
I'm overweight, but I prefer not to say my weight or size. I do want to lose weight, but not too much weight. Only enough so that I'm at the normal weight for my age and height. I just want to be completely healthy and comfortable with my body.
 
Thanks you guys since earlier when I asked ya'll this I have asked my mom to maybe drive me to the gym.... she didn't do that but she did get online look up that Zone Diet ( which I also heard from somebody on here ) and signed up! Then my cousin drove me to the park and we walked some laps, surpirisingly it was not as hard as I thought it was, you know the walking and stuff. Then my Cousin took me to the gym he had membership to, and we worked out a little bit on the bike thingy and tredmill (sp) and a couple other things... Writing this thread made me realize I am not the only one who feels ummm ensecure (sp) with the way I look. It really motivated me to get fit. I also went to this BMI sight and it says I am government approved but still I gonna get fit...

I don't know when the food will be coming in but I feel skinnier already! :teeth:

Jaimie we go to school together and you are not fat! I have known you forever and I KNOW YOUR ARE NOT FAT, even if you weigh that much you don't look fat

I can't beleive your mom agreed to buy that zone stuff but I was over there when she done it

By the way it was fun at the park today!!! Thank Brad ( her cousin ) for taking me....

And don't tell my mom I am on the board this late :teeth: Just kidding she knows I am :rotfl:
 
I am 12, 5'2" and I weigh 87 pounds, I work out every day in a swimming pool for two hours, than on Tuesdays I do light work at the gym, with my dad and sister
 
I am 12, 5'8'' and not the skinny. I wear any size of clothes, but the most comfortable pair of jeans I have are a size 8 from L.L.Bean. I'm inbetween 130 and 145...I recently lost 20 lbs, and need to start loosing more. I'm okay but would like to loose more. :)
I am part of a gym that I go to pretty much every day.
 
My feet are tiny too, I wear 4 1/2 in them too, one of my friends foot size is a 10
