Trouble with the Disney site!!!

I am a passholder and have problems logging onto the Disney site from my computer. I keep getting this for an error message:

Error ‘position Elements’ is undefined
Code 0

Is there something I need to do on my computer to get this site working on my computer? I tried to contact Disney but that page doesn't come up either.

I don't if the fact that they have redesigned the site (www.disneyparks.com/wdw) is the problem because I am no computer whiz, but I know that in the part week when I have searched the site it is a little different.
