Trouble with Snapfish autograph cards cropped wrong

Has anyone else had trouble with this? I ordered my autograph cards from Snapfish using Natalie's disign with the one line, striped border around the edges. On all of those pics, the bottom line and feet of the character are cropped off, and there is an extra .5 inch or so of white space at the top of the photo/card! I'm wondering if this is Snapfish's mistake, or mine? I could crop the top of to make it look a little better, but I know I won't be happy with them. I'm wishing now I had gone with her other disign. In the end I liked it better and it seems to be the only one with all the newer characters anyway- Rapunzel, Tiana, Phineas and Ferb. But I hate to spend the money to order all new cards....

Anyone have any suggestions!?
