Trouble with online check in

I've been trying to do online check in this morning and I keep getting in a loop. I sign in, click on my res, click on check in, and then it asks me to sign again and keeps going back to the sign in screen. Has this happened to anyone else?

Are you on the app? I have to do it via the website to get it to work

Tried both. App said something like try later. The website just kept doing the sign in loop. Shouldn't have waited until the day before our vacation to check

I thought I read somewhere that you had to be more than 24 hours before arrival to do online check-in

I actually have a split stay and tried logging into both without any luck. I'll try later but I guess I will do it old school and check in when we get there.

It really isn't a huge deal either way. It just allows you to get the text so you know your room is set and ready to go. We always stop at the hotel first anyway, and let them know we are there, even when I did online check in.
