Trouble with new MDE

I can no longer see my brother's resort reservation, nor do I see the name of who mine is in. These are things that I could see in the old version. I tried to relink my brother's and was told it is already linked. As anyone been able to see this information? If so can you explain to me where it is? Thank you.

I would suggest calling WDW IT to have it fixed. In the updated version, you should be able to see your resort reservations followed by all of the people listed on the reservation. If you don't see that, give WDW IT a call.

One of the few correct things I can see on my page is the linked reservations. lol Go figure.

The linked reservations are shown first on the home page and my reservation is last on the list.

Between the two of us were sitting pretty. . I’ll likely just wait a few days and see if it clears up.

I can’t link a new reservation to the site, but my tickets and dining reservations look right.

Just took a look, and the only thing I could see that looked a little screwy was the notification for the MBs. Finish customization by Nov 4, for our arrival Nov 10 ???? Then when you click on the link, it says the normal 8 days to go, must customize by Oct. 10. Aside from that, all our reservations and FPs were there .

I had to call because my DH is not showing any longer. I tried to update myself but no luck. I was escalated to level 2 tech, and will get a notice via email when they can resolve the situation. If your trip is nearing, I would call or contact IT via email. I have no idea how long it will take to resolve my issue, but since FP day is approaching fast, I was getting worried.

The IT person who I was initially transferred to said that they are still working on issues.

thanks everyone. I do think I will wait for now. The reservation still exists and we have plenty of time before we need to make any sort of reservations so I think we are good to go.
