trouble with disneyland.com or booked?

I'm trying to book at room at the GCH. I get the estimate, put in the credit card, address, etc... and then it says there is problem booking the room. Is that the message that I'd get if it was booked? Should I start planning for a different hotel or is disneyland.com having trouble tonight?

Since I'm not going to book anything, I can't go through to see if I run into the same issue. Or I would, 'cuz I like doing that.

If I were on the other end of the phone if you called asking, I would wonder if you were trying to book after the end of this year (they don't have the prices, I hear, yet for January and beyond), or if you were trying to put more than 5 in a room. For the latter, the site states (I found out while helping someone the other day) that for more than 5 you have to call.

I would also ask if there was any more specific wording on the page.

Even sometimes searching doesn't work. Its just one room at the GCH in mid November.

It sounds like you are going to need to call them to make the reservation. I call 866-232-4155 and am rarely on hold for more than a few minutes. They are probably closed for the evening now, but I believe that they open at 7 am.

I'd call. Always. If Disney offered incentives like lower rates to book online, it would make sense to use their slow sputtering site. Otherwise no.

Just a quick look at the AP calendar online shows the 11th and 14th of Nov are blocked out...that doesn't mean the hotel is sold out only that no AP discounts are on offer. Every other day from the 14th through 30th is available. I think the your dates are probably available its just the website is faulty towers.
