Ok, I know people have trouble with Cingular. I ordered 2 phones the other day...no problem, right? Received order updates....ok. This morning I get another "update" stating that the phones I have chosen are on BACKORDER! WTH? Why didn't the order system tell me they were a backorder item? That doesn't make sense. Now I don't have phones for my kids this Christmas...at least until I can call them and scream tomorrow. Just a little frustrated. Thanks for allowing me to vent.
