Trouble with avatars...

I created my own avatars for THE MOLE but it keeps saying that "it needs a valad JPG or GIF format" picture. But I have a JPG format picture! It is TheMole.jpg! Can anyone help me!

I think it would give a different message but make sure it is no larger than 50 x 50 pixels and 4KB.

Some jpeg compression tools use encrypted start markers and the boards may not recognize them as valid. Where did the picture come from (application)?

I can re-format it for you if you still need help.
