trouble w/ online dining reservations?

Hi all, We made a breakfast reservation at Chef Mickeys on March 3 that I need to cancel. Unfortunately every time I log on to Disney's reservations it says I have no reservations. When I put in my confirmation # and phone # to retrieve it, I keep getting the "having trouble retrieving reservations at this time." Anyone else having this problem?

I find the WDW reservation system incredibly frustrating. As long as you have the confirmation number, just phone Disney dining and have them cancel it for you.

I just cancelled a reservation without having to enter in my number to retrieve it. When I logged into the Disney site, it pulled up a page with my resort reservation at the top of the screen, and my dining reservations all listed below it. I just clicked on "cancel" next to the one I wanted to cancel and it cancelled it.
