trouble using DVC website

I often am able to log in to the member website and then cannot view any of the vacation planning information once logged in. Is this a common problem? Is it because I am looking during busier times? Or is this an incompatibility problem? Any thoughts would help thanks.
 
I find it is hit and miss lately. Try clicking the item you want 2 seconds after you first click it, works for me sometimes. Also, try logging out and then logging back in right away, that helps too sometimes. I have noticed that I am having less problems than I was a month ago, so maybe they have replaced the gerbil powering the website.
 
I personally have never had that problem, which shows it isn't a problem for everyone. I don't know why though.
 

I just used it to check my point totals and the availability tool, worked fine. I always use Chrome.
 
I know they are trying - but neither DVC, or Disney proper HAS a Website.

What they have is an ongoing beta test. This is exemplified by "no change control", "random browser support", "zero test before launch" - any one of which MOST Web Coders would just get fired for (well, at least at a serious company).

Not a general complaint - more me BEGGING Disney to go out & hire a serious, WORKING, CIO (Chief Information Officer). That's where company policy for how computer systems are run, and changed, COMES from. In the end - the CIO is responsible. That's the "Chief" part - it comes with the salary :).

Susan O'Day (current CIO) is simply not performing. It's 2015 - this kind of garbage ended for most other companies around 2002.
