Trouble Sleeping at Riviera?

I didn't have any trouble sleeping at Riviera and I don't usually sleep well when I travel. The beds were very comfortable and we didn't have any issues with noise.

My party of 8 had no issues,
actually now that I think of it we did have to swap the au pair off of the trundle bed, then we had no issues

Tom felt the studio bed was hard, so he had trouble. :guilty: I really liked it.

I generally sleep like crap, but slept fine there. Beds were fine and we heard absolutely no noise from adjacent rooms.

I sleep great anywhere at Disney. Even the sad BW sleeper sofa. It's all the walking.

Yes!!! I sleep so bad there which is so sad since it’s my home resort. Lights coming from the microwave and flashing lights on the fire alarms, and then on one trip we had such bad sound issues being right below topolonos and hearing chairs moving above us all night, then that same trip we could hear our next door neighbor snoring all night.

I sleep great everywhere else but all the blue lights are a big problem for me at riviera.

No major issues sleeping at the Riveria, at least in a Studio. I will say, the pillows we've had the past couple stays have been meh, I wonder if its possible to ask for foam pillows?

Another thing to note.... the microwave in the Standard View Studio had a very bright display, rather then figure out how to dim the display, I used a piece of the Gaffers tape I had in my luggage to cover it (we took it off when we left :-)).

I remember covering the microwave with a towel so I could sleep at Riviera. That light is intense.

You know what else bugged me? The flashing light from the smoke detector. It's not a problem unique to the Riviera by any stretch, but, it was something that got me. I'll have to remember to bring my eye mask next trip :jester:.

I’ll never understand why they make these with a bright flashing green light?? My smoke detector at home doesn’t do that!
