Trouble Signing Into Castaway Club

Every time I try to sign into my Castaway Club page, it keeps telling me that they are having trouble locating my Castaway Club ID. I'm trying to figure out if it's due to me changing my last name or if the site is having issues. I did email DCL about it but haven't gotten a response yet. I'm looking to book my second cruise when they announce the 2017 summer dates.

I know all weekend they were having a lot of sporadic problems. I couldn't do my online checkin until today when it finally worked. I called a couple of times over the weekend and they said I just needed to keep trying and eventually it would hopefully work.

I am really surprised how not user friendly the new website is and how it always crashes. Half the time I cannot get into castaway club either, or, after I get in, it crashes as I am trying to get into my future cruises page and then I have to go back and log into the castaway club page again and that doesn't always work the first.. or second time... and then I am just praying it doesnt crash again as it transitions again to the future cruises page, never mind once I get there hoping it does not crash as I click on an individual cruise. Nightmare. Have reservations on two other cruise lines right now. No problem at all on either of their sites, getting into reservation, planning, etc, all easy and straight forward.

Can having a different last name from the one associated with your Castway Club ID throw things off? I thought the number was associated with my email login to DCL.

Just got off the phone with Disney and they went live on a new site 3 weeks ago and they're dealing with this issue. They said that is should be fixed in about 2 weeks.

I frequently cannot access my Castaway Club after logging onto the DCL site when in Safari. I most often have to pull up Firefox and then I usually have no issues getting access to my CC membership info. Weird…. seems they have been having these issues for a very long time. It has been at least a couple of months in my experience. Sure hope what they told you works out to be correct, Laine!

I was told by someone in IT yesterday that Firefox works pretty well so far followed by explorer, but Safari web browser is nothing but trouble on the web site. Hope that might help someone.

I was able to sign in after I called and had them update my last name associated with my Castaway Club # so I guess the name being the same is important!
