Has anyone else had trouble making reservations on the ME website?? I tried it a couple of weeks ago, and I got an email back saying something that I would not be able to book it on this website for some reason (I didn't save it, so I don't remember what it said). I was planning on calling, but I just wanted to know if there was anyone else who had this problem?? :confused3

If you don't book it at the time when you make your reservations, I think you have to call because the website isn't set up to make DME only reservations.

You really are better off just calling them. It is next to impossible to make DME reservations online down the road after making your reservations.
In fact, I don't even bother...I just call them when my flights have been booked.

Quick question....so if I book ME reservations w/flight times along with our resort ressie, we're all set? no need to call also?

Sorry, we've only stayed onsite a handful of times and always had a rental car.

Thanks!!:goodvibes

Thanks everyone. I didn't realize I couldn't add it online. I'll just give them a call. :goodvibes

Yep.....just tell the CM, when booking, that you want to add DME to your reservation. Then give your flight info. Even if you don't have flight info at that time, you can still book DME. You can just call Disney reservations down te road and give them your flight info.

Sorry, I'm so dense....

We changed our flight date to add in the extra pre-cruise onsite stay. When I booked online, I already had my flight info so I put it all in then. Do I still need to call to confirm?

I did receive a packet w/ yellow tags and a booklet listing RT flight times. Is this all we need to do now? I just like to be prepared to make sure everything goes smoothly.

Our return flight is actually fictitious just to get a ride back to MCO so we can rent a car to the port. It's a published flight but we're not really booked on it. We chose that flight because it's 3 hrs after our desired pick up time.

Will this work? (sorry to hijack) :guilty: :flower3:

I'm not completely sure I understand...did you change your entire resort reservation??? If you have the same resort reservation number, then no problem.
But if your change resulted in a new reservation number, then you should call to doublecheck the correctness of your DME reservation.

Sorry, I didn't explain well. The trip began as cruise only sailing Thurs. We were to fly in Wed night, stay at Hyatt and head to port in am.
Then we volunteered, got our vouchers, and decided to fly down a day earlier, Tues night, and spend Wed at MK. We decided to skip staying at the Hyatt since we'd then be getting a late start Wed morning, and only 1 day for park visiting, so we booked Tues and Wed night at POR. Flying SWA, it was easy to change flights.

So our ressie is "room only" and flight times were known and entered online at time of booking.

So we're all set? I wasn't sure if everyone had to call also.

You are all set, since you made the DME reservation when you booked your room. The op didn't make the DME reservation when she booked so she needs to call. If you want to check and make sure they have it on your reservation you can go to the Disney website and look up your room reservation and it should have DME listed as well.

Thanks, I get it now. :goodvibes:hug: :thumbsup2
