Trouble making a payment

any one else having trouble making a payment on line?
wont take my MC

I had that happen recently and called the number on my MC. They had put a fraud alert stop on it so it wouldn't go through. Once I verified it was me making that payment, it went through.

A similar thing happened to my husband, I would call your credit card company and see if there's a hold of some sort. I know they are getting more and more vigilent about on line ordering and fraud (which is a good thing for us all).

However, I also know of problems occuring if the address you are entering in doesn't exactly match the address that comes on your credit card statement.

I have heard over the past couple of days that the system keeps going down too. And even calls weren't getting through.
