Has anyone else had trouble logging into the DVCmember.com website this weekend? I thought I knew my password but even when I try to reset it says they are unable to retrive my information and to double check the information I entered.

Thanks for replying. I think it's just me. When I do the password reset it keeps giving me my disneyworld.com password and not my dvcmember site password. I was able to log in two weeks ago before I logged into disneyworld.com the other day. Now it keeps saying I'm logged on somewhere else on the disney website and prompts me for my club ID and my one-time activation code.

The member website does not play well with other disney websites. If you are logged on to any other disney related website, you will get an error when trying to access the member website. If you can't figure out which disney website you are still logged on to, clear your browsers cache and delete all cookies.

The same EXACT thing is happening to me. I can't log in anymore. I am logged out of my other Disney sites and still is says the same thing. And yes, I can get my user name emailed to me from the DVC site but my password is emailed from Disneyworld.com, not DVC. Nothing is working. I did clear my cookies.

Remember that the go.com domain is huge. It includes not only Disney, but ABC-TV and other sites. You must be completely logged off of all of them.

And your cache?

Thanks to everyone who replied and your suggestions!

Chuck S is right,The disney go.com domain is huge and I could not find the one I needed to log out of. Even after I cleared my cache and browsing history I still could not log on. I ended up calling member services and they were able to reset my account so I could create a new log in. They even came me my one-time activation code it prompts for over the phone. He said to be sure to pick a different user name specifically for DVC and don't register on other Disney sites with it.

I too had to call member services and have them reset my account. I had to call twice because the first time they did it wrong. They said they were updating the site and that is why my original information was lost?

I don't like calling because there is always some type of problem with my requests (amount of points I have, amount needed for reservation, accidentally canceled reservation, can't find my points):headache:

When I e-mail them through the website I get much better service and don't have to spend time on the phone.

Thanks, Christine, for posting:)

I'm having this same problem - glad to know that I'm not crazy.
Happened to me several years ago, too. I think in my case the problem was ordering something from the Disney store online. The website links your email to your ID and so you are forced to use the same login as the DVC login, or else create another email.
