Trouble logging into MS

I tried to log in to MS this past weekend. It seems that I need to "verify" my member info. Now it is asking for the "code" that I was given with the original paperwork. I was lucky to find the paperwork and am not sure that the "code" I found is correct. Now they are closed until the weekend. Why are they asking for all this information when we have been members since 2001? Does it have to do with their newer web site? I just hope that they haven't lost our reservations for March! I wanted to make our 60 day FP choices but nothing is working! Any comforting advise is appreciated!

When was the last time you used the member online site before this attempt? You don't make your Fastpass choices on the DVC site you might then on the Disney World site in your My Disney Experience account.

About a month and a half.

Yes and it also isn't recognizing my reservations.

Actually MDE does have our reservation but not showing any of the dining reservations we made for that trip. I guess I will just have to be patient and wait till MS is open again. It is very frustrating when trying to plan!

MDE is having a "magical" update. You are not the only one affected.
