Trouble linking third party tickets to MDE

Hi all, I have been trying all afternoon to link my Parksavers.com park hoppers to MDE. I have a 12 digit confirmation number, but when I enter it, nothing seems to happen. There isn't a forward or back button. It doesn't tell me that the ticket numbers are bad, though.

I have five people on the reservation, but I'm only trying to enter three tickets. Could that be the problem? Or is it usual Disney IT insanity?

Any knowledgeable advice greatly appreciated.

Make sure you're using the right number. The first email Parksavers sends you has an order confirmation number. It then takes a couple of days to get an email with actual ticket numbers. Those are the numbers you link in MDE.

Are you using your phone and the MDE app to try and link them? If so, try using a computer instead. I couldn't get any next or back buttons on the app on my phone the other day when trying to book dining reservations. When I used the computer it worked fine.

Are you attempting to link in the "MagicBands and Cards" section or the "Tickets and Passes" area of My Reservations?

ETA: If it's a 12-digit #, link in the MagicBands and Cards area of your MDE Profiles.
