trouble in the world of wdw billing

alright guys i had my honeymoon in sep had some issues after our trip with disney billing department... if i call tomorrow and complain will it do any good? or is it like fighting with a brick wall. has anyone had any serious problems from disney and needed them resolved before? who the heck in such a large company do you need to talk to just to get some answers.
 
Why are you waiting this long to address the issue instead of when it happened?

What exactly did you have billing issues with? A store? A restaurant? The charges on your resort folio?

If you have clear documentation that they billed incorrectly, you should be able to get it resolved with them. But I'm curious to know what they did wrong. It might help if you explain a few specifics.
 
I emailed them with billing issues and they called me very shortly after, researched everything and fixed it all. They also gave me 5 3 day park hoppers for my next trip for the trouble. I had trouble getting a finalized bill and was overcharged by food vendors and misapplied dining plan uses. They were wonderful and really stepped up to fix things. I also told them what they did right in that email before I told them what went wrong. Not sure if that helped....
 
well what happend with me, is my wife and i got married in sep so we never used our credit card much but we started using it alot for wedding stuff and honeymoon so in sep chase seen the large amount from disney and put a freeze on the account i cleared it and it was all good and disney got there money next billing cycle...but last month i got a bill from disney saying i still owe them and that they sent the bill to a collection agency.. i paid the bill in oct i have all the proof chase paid them and disney took the money....ahhhhhh i just dont know how disney can make a mistake like that...and blame it on me it kinda feels crapy being treated like scum after i paid them and there still looking for money
nothing like calling chase and disney 2 times a week seeing if they got there stuff straight...and as of right now its still not. BUT IM PAYING THE CREDIT CARDBILL FOR IT!!!!
