Trouble getting through to MS today

Busy time of year it is for these MS phones!

I called at 3:45 pm central and had just a 15 minute wait. CM was very pleasant and helpful....

I called right at 9am and got right through. I was switching my September AKV concierge ressie to December 7th - 12th. I'll be back on the phone again tom'w booking the 8th. Day by day is a pain, but I want to make sure that I get my room for the whole week with no problems since it's for our 10 year anniversary!

it has taken hours for me to get through yesterday and today when I call the 1-800 #all day long.

I am making my day-to-day ( I hate it!) Dec '08 reservations, and have been dealing with busy signals and long wait times as well.

What gets me the most is when the recording of the cheerful CM asks me if I've "been to DVC.com lately?" I usually end up screaming in the phone - "If I could do what I needed to do on-line, I would gladly do it!"

I finally got through today. No busy signal but a 11 minute wait. Keep trying.
