Trouble getting onto passholder website

I've been trying to access the passholder site on Disney.com with my voucher number (adult park hopper dvc voucher) and I can't get it to work . I've been entering the numbers exactly as they say but no luck. I'm waiting for an email back from Disney but in the meantime ...anyone else have trouble with this? Know any solutions?

Something is going on with the website right now. I could not get to the page to enter my number. It said try back later. I have not had trouble entering my ticket number when I do get on. Did you choose the correct 3 letters that precede the numbers?
