Trouble Booking Package

Hello everyone. I'm planning on doing a trip to DLP in November and will be booking a package. However when I get to the page where I am to put in my credit card info, a red message comes saying that due to technical issues, the request cannot be handled. Do I have to make a phone call. Is trying to get a travel agent easier?
Any suggestions would be great. Thanks!
 
Where are you from and which site (from which country) are you using to book? If you're trying to use a US card, your bank may refuse a transaction in a different currency, for security reasons.

I'd try to book again on a different day. I am from the US and booked a DLP trip online and had absolutely no issues using my credit card.

Making the phone call is easy - you can call Disney Resorts and they'll transfer you to a DLP representative.

Travel agent - for me booking the DLP trip was as easy as booking a WDW trip so I'd say no provided that you can get that page to work. To reiterate - I'd try to book on a different day and if that doesn't work I would call.
