Trouble booking dining

is anyone else having trouble booking reservations through the website? All day yesterday and this morning I keep getting Sorry for the “paws”. We are having trouble booking your reservation. Please try again later or call.... I wanted to see if anyone else was having issues before I call. Thanks.
 
No trouble here. Try a different browser? I was using Chrome.
 
I logged into my dads account and it worked fine. Something is going on with mine, I guess. On hold now. :rolleyes1
 
In case anyone else has this issue...They had me delete the history on my ipad and make sure everything was updated (it was.) That did not fix the issues. Because I was using the website they had me go to the app and see if it worked. In the app I could make an ADR, but not cancel it. To cancel it I had to go to the website where it worked fine. :sad2: So now the CM wrote a ticket for IT so someone can look at my account specifically. I let them know that I could make reservations on the same devices using my dads account. Hopefully this is fixed within the week because I am nervous about trying to make FP's with my account messed up. I would like everything in my account since I do all of the planning instead of having different reservations in different accounts.
 

My glitch is that I have 3 ADRs that are cancelled but still show in my “Reservations” list though with a blue spinning rods thing where “cancel reservation” should be. And they show in my itinerary.

But I have the cancellation numbers and emails. And I called on Friday to make sure they aren’t showing up and she could not find them under the reservation number. She insisted it’s a “known glitch” in the system and I’ll be fine. But I’m holding onto my printout of the cancellation emails and keeping my fingers crossed. (Especially because I had changed the date of my Boma breakfast but it didn’t show. So I thought it didn’t take and made another one and then the original one showed up. So I cancelled one and get the still showing with the spinning blue rods at cancel’s spot as well as one showing as normal. I don’t want to get there and be told I don’t have one.)

Try the app on your phone, that's how I had to do my FP+ when the website was glitchy.
