Trouble booking adr's online?

I received a scout alert for an adr I've been trying to get for months, and I've spent the last 90 minutes trying to book with no luck. Is anyone else having trouble? Does the website often have issues in the middle of the night? Very frustrated and need sleep!

I was just talking to my TA, she said the online system went down this morning, so she called in for me at 7, she got everything for our trip (including BOG) in < 15 minutes. I think the electronic system is still down, try calling?

Yes. I had a lot of trouble then too. Also the site does not work between 11 pm and 6 am eastern time.
