Trouble Accessing Boards???

Hi Guys - I saw other posts with people having problems accessing the boards so I thought I'd add my 2 cents. I have a cable modem so pages load pretty quickly on my PC except for the pages for the boards and the DIS. I even get connection refused errors. Just thought this might help solve some problems.
