Yes it is because somone from a WDW fan website was at the parks on July 4, 2011 and in one of the pictures was the Tronorail, so here is a link with a picture of it.

...but, in a testament to how fast things change, the folks at WDW Magic report that the TRONorail wrap is going away, and the train restored to Monorail Coral:

Actually, while we were waiting for the Monorail last Friday, 7/8, the CM said that was the last day for the TRONorail. They were going to take the decal off starting last Saturday.

Anyone confirm that this week?
