Oh thanks. I didn't know you could do that.I am sure they do but to be sure, make a call to shoreside concierge and tell them you would like some placed in your in room refrigerator
Last time I asked shore side concierge for certain items to be in my refrigerator they said they couldn't do that and had to get it from the lounge myself. In fact, everything I've asked shore side for on each cruise I've been on they told me no. Of course, when I asked the same of the concierges in the lounge on arrival everything was possible. Shore side is useless IMO.I am sure they do but to be sure, make a call to shoreside concierge and tell them you would like some placed in your in room refrigerator

So then what are they for?perhaps rather than being useless, they’re just limited. I would suppose that shoreside is hesitant to promise something can happen, since they aren’t actually on board to ensure that.

I have not had that experience. They can only provide Coke products so that is one limitation. I asked shoreside if we could have extra milk, ginger ale, juice and if possible sparkling waters in our fridge. This was a couple of years ago. They had everything but the sparkling water. That was delivered the first day.Last time I asked shore side concierge for certain items to be in my refrigerator they said they couldn't do that and had to get it from the lounge myself. We’ve sailed Concierge every year since 2015, and have done so on all the ships. The only time they did not direct us to the lounge to stock up on drinks was on Magic, when there wasn’t a lounge. They refilled the fridge every day with our beverages of choice. We’ve never been able to get specific drinks in our room since, asking both Shoreside and onboard.I have not had that experience.
