Hey all I have not posted since before my trip to DW well it was great!! and well now I am going to DL first time since 2004 and was wondering what is new and what is a must see. It will also be my first time going on my bday there so I am uber excited!!!! I am going from Feb 5-8. Well hope everyone is having a good weekend!!

Since 04??? Omg, there have been a lot of changes. I think it will be best for you to just go and see for yourself, check out the Toy Story ride in DCA, check out the Sleeping Beauty walk thru in DL, the new Pixie Hollow in DL and man, I don't even know what else. I'm sure you'll have fun, we will be there at the same time!

Wow since 2004 there is a lot of can't miss rides. Check out HydroGuy's tips (sticky up top) or the Unofficial Book to DL they have lots of plans and tips for getting in as many rides as possible. Toy Story Mania is a newer one that is fun, not sure it It's a Small World will be re-opened by then.

04'?........I haven't been there since 1979. You think I'll notice any changes? The biggest problem for me will be remembering what I saw 30 years ago!

I agree!

I was last there in the early 80's (when I was 8 or 9 years old), then, I went for the first time since then last summer (August 2008). My biggest question was, what can I remember? A lot of memories flooded back to me when I was walking though the tunnel in to Main Street USA...and this time I was with my kids, it was a very emotional walk-through.

Once past that we headed straight to Adventureland where we rode Jungle Cruise (exactly as I think I remembered), then Pirates of the Caribbeabn (slightly different than I remembered)....and the REST IS HISTORY!

HAVE A GREAT TRIP!

Hey Brian,

Thanks for the shout out from Moose Jaw. How are the Warriors doing?

I remember Jungle Cruise when I was a kid as well. My wife and I are taking out 4 kids age 10, 12, 13 and 17.

Sounds like I'll share a similar experience to what you described can't wait to walk into the magical kingdom with my crew. My parents who live in Yellowknife are talking about meeting us there as well.

Cheers!
