I'll be making my first trip to Universal since the year it opened and of course, I've never been to IOA. My wife has never been to either. This weekend, we're planning a quick trip. We're doing both parks Saturday (9-20). Any ideas how the lines should be? I went to the Magic Kingdom the exact same weekend last year and there were hardly ANY lines. I'd assume much of the same as US and IOA especially with gas jumping up like it has. What do ya'll think? Here's the attractions we'd most like to see.

Twister Ride it Out
The Mummy
The Blues Brothers Show
Terminator
Shrek
The Simpsons
Jaws
Men in Black
Disaster
E.T.

Spiderman
Hulk
Dr. Doom's Fearfall
Dudley Do-Right's Ripsaw
Jurrasic Park
Dueling Dragons
Poseidon's Fury

Is all that doable in 1 day? Is there something I should not waste my time with on that list or something I must see that's not on the list?

Don't forget the Horror Make-up Show at the Studios!

That's a lot to do in a single day but the lines shouldn't be too bad. I was over yesterday and the lines were pretty short. Get there at opening to get a jump on the lines.

Our plan is to hit US first and then IOA. We will definitely be there at opening. We will do all the water rides last so that we can change when we leave. We'll be driving back Saturday night after the park closes at 6pm.

Thanks for the suggestion on the Horror Make-up show.
