Trip slipping away!!!!

We had planned our trip for late August and now I just don't know, we didn't get as much from Income tax as we thought (isn't that always the way!) and I am not working this summer (I always get laid off in summer) but now am sure I am not returning to my job of 10 yrs in Sept,slowly getting phased out! I am really feeling quilty about bills , I know they will lways be around but feeling like I am making a bad desicion about taking a trip.
Just venting, need pixie dust!!! Need positive vibes
Oh yeah, now my husband says we also going to see the Rolling Stones (we live in Moncton) so there's $200.00 we don't really have! I love the Stones, not real keen on the venue though, don't feel like standing outside in the sun or rain for 10 hours!
Just write back and tell me we should go to WDW and I won't regret it!!!!!

don't let it get you down. disney will always be there. Start planning for fall of 2006 and start throwing in your change and anything extra you have each month. surprising how fast it adds up. perhaps another job will come along

Is there another job you can find part time? That's the reason I took a job in the first place. Support my Disney habit and my DD's hockey habbit.

Just wanted to let you know we planned our first trip to the world in 2000 for 2001, many set backs and upsets happened over the past 4 years, and guess what, we just returned from our FIRST trip to the HAPPIEST PLACE ON EARTH! Just hold on to your dream and it will happen, good things come to those who wait!

Looks like it just might "not be the right time". I know it's upsetting, but Disney will still be there next year. I agree with GrannyEv, start a jar of change. Every time you think "let's order a pizza" and you don't, throw the money you would have spent in the jar as well. I'm very much a "live for today" and "go for it" kinda gal, but if I knew that I was not going to be employed, I wouldn't go unless I already had a new job lined up.
