Trip Reports Day One and Two

Returned From A wonderful 7 Day Disney Vacation. Sad to come home But Have a lot of wonderful memories

Day One-

Arrived on Wens. Stayed at the Pop Century Resort. Loved it. First time there. Will Stay there again for sure. Had a room in the 60's facing the lake area. Room was larger than I thought it would be. There were 3 adults and a 4 year old. We had plently of room. I was impressed with everything there.

That evening we just went to Walmart to get some snacks and odds and ends for our week.

The weather was sunny and a little afternoon rain.

Went swimming and played at the arcade that night.

Day 2-

Got up early and rode bus to the Animal Kingdom. Had problems with one of our tickets(Unlimited hopper pass) Had to wait in line at guest services they said one ticket was voided, they gave me a paper ticket and told me to go front desk at hotel when I got back. Took about 20 mins to get it worked out.

Rode all the rides and seen Tarzan rocks. Rode Dinosaur I got a bit scared and my daughter was terrified but got a present for being good on the ride and trying it but said she would not ride again.
Got the Quick and Casual Vouchers before we left brought enough for whole trip. Terrific!
Ate at Flame tree BBQ and loved it.

That night we went to Wilderness Lodge to eat at the Whisipering Canyon, a tradition, we always eat there. Great Place and great atmosphere.

Went Swimming and then to bed.

vacation.......How was the food court at Pop.......My grandkids loved the food court at Movies and Dixie landings.........thanks again for your start
Oh yah....I love Dinosaur ride........always (like ten times on it) makes me jump at the right place

The food That I had at the Pop Century food court was great. One evening we got the Nachos supreme. Yummy and huge. The other night I got the Penne Pasta with Meatballs, Cheese Fries, and Tied Dyed Cheesecake, My DH got Shrimp Lo Mein, Cheese Frieds and Tied Dyed Cheesecake, My DD got Penne Pasta With Meatballs. Everything was Super Good and My DD portion was large enough for an adult to eat. Great Food.
