I am fairly new to the DIS and, after spending hours losing myself in far too many trip reports to count, that i would like to do one of my own.

Does any one have any tips that would help me and could someone please explain to me the easiest way to post photos in my report

Thanks in advance

I can only tell you my preference for reading reports is for the whole report to be in one thread and if possible, links to the various parts. It just makes for a smoother read IMHO.

Sorry I can't help you with the picture posting as I don't know how, but I am sure some nice diser will come forward.

:goodvibes i found the easiest way to post pictures on Dis is to upload your photos to www.photobucket.com and then on the bottom of the picture they give you three links to cut and paste and you just add it to your reply. Hope this works for u! :) :wizard:
As for your trip reports, i dont mind reading them cause i understand that there is so much to talk about so post away!!:cool1:

Thanks for the tips - i have been and set up my account on Photobucket. Tonight i am going to try and plan what to write and then make my first attempt on Monday.

Do you think 2.5 months to go is too early for a trip report?
