My DD age 16 and I had a wonderful cruise! Embarkation and Debarkation was very smooth and easy. We loved the Golden Mickeys and Disney Dreams! Don't hate me, my DD and I did not like Hercules. All our meals were great, loved the creme Brulee in Tritons. The only meal that was below standards was Animator's Palate. (beautiful restaurant though). Our service was good untill the very end when our server left for home early...which I guess was a surprise to all since we did not have an immediate replacement. It happened at our last breakfast, when we were all trying to eat and leave the ship. It was really bad service that morning! We loved Cove Cafe and the Mochachinos! My DD and I are both Starbuck fanatics!! We would order and leave promptly since it is an 18 and over area. One afternoon when no one else was in there, we sat down and started to play a game of chess, but were asked to leave because of DD. We apologized and left immediately so as not to cause any problems. IMO such a silly rule....but I know Disney would not be happy with their employees if they did not follow the rules, so couldn't blame him. We spent our Nassau day shopping and at Atlantis...no excursions needed. We enjoyed Castaway Cay, although it was very hot...which is expected for June/July.....I wish we could have had massages and been able to have high tea in Palo's...but again DD's age interferred.
Didn't use the pools since they were too crowded!
Unfortunately did not get any onboard photos with characters. The lines were very very long. You expect that at the parks, but not on a cruise! Anyway, it wasn't perfect, but we enjoyed it thoroughly....by the way had a Cat 9...room 2100. It was very quiet and had the big window. We were pleasantly surprised since our last cruise was a verandah. I think I'd save the money again and go Cat 9..............
