Today was our first of two days at Typhoon Lagoon. We arrived at opening so we were able to get a couple good chairs. I couldn't believe the mad rush of some people, but I guess location is everything to some people. We stayed here for about 4 hours because it was starting to cloud up, but we were able to do some snorkeling, tube riding, and catching some rays. I also played in the waves while the DW got more sun. After we left there, we headed back to the resort for a nap. We then got ready for our dinner at California Grill. We ate here on our honeymoon and loved it, so we had to eat here again. This time was no different. The food again was outstanding and even though they said a window table would be an hour to an hour and a half wait, we were seated in less than 15 minutes! Unfortunately, there were no fireworks, but the view is still amazing. Afterwards, we headed over to Fantasia Gardens for a little miniature golf. We were able to see some of Fantasmic and Illuminations. One thing we noticed, there were 4-5 helicopters hovering over Fantasmic. Do they do tours at night to allow people to watch from above? Just curious as they were just hovering. Afterwards, we caught a bus Downtown to catch a bus back to CBR. Overall, this was a nice relaxing day with a very good dinner.
