This is the first time that we have ever booked everything through disney. Our trip is paid for and has been for quite some time. What time frame should we expect our packet of tickets and such. We go on sept 2 , 2008. Does it usually arrive in the 30 days prior to the trip?

TIA

Yes, you should get it about a month or so before you leave, and it should have stuff like luggage tags if you're using Magical Express, and also it should have vouchers for stuff you should be getting. It also usually has info about the parks and other stuff you can do while there. I got mine and the booklet mentioned dining and that I should call to make reservations for some places. :rotfl2: I had to laugh at that because if I waited until I got the package to make reservations, I'm pretty sure I wouldn't have gotten the places I really wanted. Anyway, yes, you should receive it in plenty of time before your trip. Have a magical time! :goodvibes

If you booked a package that includes tickets, you won't be getting physical tickets in the mail. Tickets are encoded on your room key card/resort ID, which you'll receive when you check in. If you've booked the dining plan, your dining credits will also be on the room key.

humm, I ususally receive it about 10 days after I've paid off the balance. I always book a package, and make the final payment 2-3 days before it's due. So, that would mean around 40 days before my trip.
