Hey guys - I have been elected to be in charge of everything for my upcoming trip. It will be myself and my boyfriend (both 21yrs) and a good friend of ours (28yrs). I'd like your advice on what i have so far.....

We have Pop Century book May 30th-June 5th. We are flying in and have Tiffany Towncar take us to the hotel. We plan to use the grocery stop and grab some snack and liquor to bring to the room.

Day 1: Arrive and unpack. Hang out at the hotel pool and investigate. If time -- minigolf. Dinner at Trails End Buffeteria and then over to Pleasure Island.
Day 2: Sleep in and head over to Blizzard Beach around 10-11am. Around 3 or 4 leave and shower, then go to Downtown Disney and Disney Quest. Grab some dinner at McDonalds.
Day 3: Segway class in Epcot at 9am. Hang out in Epcot and ice cream social at 3pm. Dinner at Pop.
Day 4: Animal Kingdom early. Grab something to eat while transfering to MGM around lunch time. Dinner at Sci fi 6pm.
Day 5: Magic Kingdom early entry. Dinner at 6pm Liberty Tree.
Day 6: Park hop where-ever we want!! Dinner ??
Day 7: Check out of hotel at 11am and leave bags at desk till Tiffany arrives. Visit hotels and shop at Downtown Disney. (flight leaves orlando at 2:30pm)

The trip to Blizzard Beach might be a little late. I've read they get pretty busy toward lunch time, and the wait times might be a little excessive.

I hope you have a great time, we'll be there the same time as you, June 1st - 10th. :bounce: :Pinkbounc :bounce: :Pinkbounc

I know that you have an entire day for park hopping, but I would schedule more time for MGM. Are you the kind of folks who enjoy rides like ToT and RnR? If so, you might want more time there. Lines for those attractions can be LONG.

Have a great time!

I recommend some time at the Comedy Club and Adeventurers club at Pleasure Island or Jellyrolls at the Boardwalk on Day 6 night. Then you can have a restful night on Day 1 and your day 2 might be:

as hyzdufen suggested that blizard beach can get crowded at 10-11. Depending on your group, if you are a water slide junkies or a video game addicts. I would pick BB or DQ and go to arrive at opening time on Day 2. Stay for 3-5 hours go back to hotel for rest/nap/showers. Then pick your evening activity. So you could do BB early AM then go back to hotel shower and rest. Then head out to DQ.

Some activites/restaurants that I enjoy, 50s Prime Time Cafe at MGM, Fantasmic at MGM, sampling the food/beers/mixed drinks around the world at World Showcase.

he early entry park is great for the early entry hours but the early entry parks tend to be packed by Noon when all non early entry guests arrive.

What I find as key is to go early. Realize you can't see it all. Have a plan but be flexible if it doesn't work out.

Have a great time and I look forward to reading your trip report

Could you please explain a Segway class at Epcot is about?
I know about the Segway itself.....and obviously it is a class on how to use it, but do you reserve a slot for a class? if so, HOW?and where would it be located? This will be my first class and I will have a day alone with DS(17) and would LOVE to do this!!!!
Thanks so much:wave2: :moped: :jumping2:

Hi,

I am down here at Disney until June 6th. ( staying off-site at Star Island Resort and Cypress Palms Resort in Kissimmee) I checked into attending a Segway class when I was at Epcot last week. When I went to Guest Relations (located to the left of Spaceship Earth) I was told the classes are held every day from 9-11, they cost $80+tax, and AP holders receive a 15% discount. After being taught how to use the Segways, up to 10 guests are allowed to explore World Showcase for an hour on them before WS opens to the general public.

You can book this by calling 1-407-WDW-TOUR. Hope this helps. I'm pretty sure this would be a very special highlight for a 17-year old as well as yourself. College comes all too soon and then they are off on other life adventures...lol.
