Day 3-
Had breakfast at the Mara, good food.
Headed out for MK around 10:15, DD8 got in her nap and was ready to go.
I really like having a car and being able to drive at my own pace and see what we want on the way, just driving around the property is really nice.
Parked in the AAA Diamond paring area. Took the ferry in. What a great moment to see my DD's faces as we aproached and they got a good look at the castle! After getting in and map we headed over to Dumbo. The line was so long that I waited and let the girls all head over to do other rides that have fast pass. The way I understood the pass we were given was it was like a fast pass and could be used at any ride like a fastpass, and we didn't have to wait to get the passes froom the kiosks. Well the girls all showed back up about 20 people before we got on Dumbo. As we were going past the cast member who was running it, my DW gave me the pass to put in my pocket. He saw it and asked to look at it and then told me, we didn't have to wait in the lines. We were to use it like a fast pass and then if they didn't have a fast pass line we were to go to the exit or handicapped entrance and we would go right in. We tried it on Snow White's Scary Adventures and we went right in past everyone waiting in line. We then went to Mickey's PhilharMagic show and didn't have to get a fast pass, we just went right in. My girls thought it was great, but my DW and I were wondering about using it because of all the looks we got from people waiting in line. Well, needless to say my DD 8 had a seizure during the show and her and I left, during it. She took a small nap afterwards with me while DD 11 & DW went on. I decieded it was ok to use that pass as we won't have as much time in a park as most people and I would gladly trade waiting in those lines for all the time we have to wait in the Dr offices and hospitals.
We finally get our Mickey Bar!!! We have sodas and popcorn and hit rides in fantasy land and Frontier land. Splash Mtn. & Big Thunder are great! Time to head back, nap and a little swimming. We had dinner res. at Bomas for 5:30.
Boma's is a nice place, but I hate to say it, it's not for us. I enjoyed the food , but I felt they put too much spice on some things and it became overpowering. I felt like you lost too much of the taste of the actual food and all you were tasting was the spice on it. Also, we like spicy food, but thiers seemed to be sweet with the spice. We had res for another night but we cancelled them. The selections for the kids seemed very limited. I gave it a shot. We were bummed it wasn't as good to us as others.
