Trip into Paris and PSG ground

Hi travelling next month to DLP for 6 nights with Dh and 2 dds they have never been to Paris so thought seen as we are going for longer this trip and they are a bit older now (10 & 13) we would go into Paris one day.
So questions :
1: how? Time scale? Complicated?
2: they want to visit park des prince (PSG ground) is this far?

Thanks we have looked on the grounds website and we can do a stadium tour (4 times a day it runs). We wanted to see a game but unfortunately they are playing away the week we are there.
I’ve heard the rail system is not as expensive as ours any idea how much a day pass is?
How safe is their metro?
