trip insurance?

Has anyone here ever used trip insurance? Comments or suggestions?

I have purchased for the first time for my trip in August through Travel Guard and it is for half the price Disney quoted me. It will cover trip interruption/cancellation because of weather. THAT was the only thing I was concerned about. Hopefully it won't be an issue.

My parents purchased and *used* because they had to cancel a cruise they had planned because of my mother's health. If they had not had that insurance they would have lost a lot of money.
