Trip Insurance-do you buy it?

Do you get trip insurance on your trip and what company have you used? I priced insurance on a website that was suggested on mousesavers and the range of cost was from $180-almost $600 and I am not sure which companies are reputable.

I usually purchase my insurance right thru the travel agent or disney. This
year I am going thru AAA & will use theirs. I know in the past it cost around
$150.00. Definetly not $600.00!!!

I always purchase travel insurance because I have a chronic illness and never know from one day to the next whether or not I will be able to travel. I just have to make sure I buy a policy that covers pre-existing conditions. The name of the company I use is Travel Guard (I think).
