Trip Canceled...

I'm pretty stressed out. My family's trip got canceled because my little brother caught swine flu. We were going to go Oct 23-27.

Omg, that sucks. I'm so sorry. Isn't there any chance that he'll be recovered by then? How long does it take for Swine Flu to run its course?

So sorry, that stinks. We had to cancel ours too. We shoulda been in DL this week but we got sick here as well. I should have known better than to plan a trip mid-October--we always seem to get sick then! Hopefully you can reschedule it soon. I'm starting to plan a trip for end of May/1st week of June now. Hopefully the time goes by fast!

oh im so sorry! but have to say i wouldnt of canceled because of it! i had it, it lasted in full about 12 days and was the most AWFUL illness ever. my neighbor and her twins had it as well. but i was feeling well enough to do disney by day 7 when i started recovering. maybe he will be fine and you can go?

Though I do appreciate hearing people make the choice to not go when sick, that place could so easily become one giant petri dish of sick people. I have an embarrassing amount of mini Lysol cans, hand wipes, hand sanitizer and what not in my purse for our trip. I'm ALWAYS that hardcore about germs, but boy, given this year's flu season...
