Trip booked - any way to sell contract?

Not sure where to post this - I’m debating selling another of my resale contracts - the problem is that I already have two trips booked with them.

I know I can’t sell with active trips (unless I delay closing until after they are completed) but assuming those same rooms are still available and I’m within the 11 month window, can I transfer the points to another contract (of a different resort) and use the transferred points to book the original home resort rooms? I’m assuming MS would have to help me with this if for no other reason than I would inevitably make a mistake!

It is my understanding when transferring points they retain their 11 month booking privilege.

As above, transferred points retain their home resort and UY. And you don’t transfer from one contract to another, you transfer from one membership to another. Unfortunately you can’t transfer points that are already being used for a reservation.

If you have two memberships, you could cancel your already-booked reservations and transfer the freed-up points into the other membership. Then rebook those two reservations. You’d be free to sell the contract the points came from without a delayed closing. But you’d be taking a chance that you’d lose one or both reservations.
