Trip almost planned - still need best Poly rooms!

Have received such contradictory info. Still trying to find the best place to stay at the Poly with a 3 year old. Interested in nice view and easily accessible to all.

By the way...the Polynesian is my FAVORITE Disney resort, and I think any room there is great!

When we did the land/sea vacation we stayed at the poly because there are 5 of us and the inlaws. We got adjoining rooms in the Tokelau (spelling might be off) building on the ground floor, non smoking, with a sliding glass door that went out to the pool. It was a pretty convenient location but it was also our first time in WDW and at that resort. We didnt get the Concierge level or anything but we found that it was a pretty short walk to the main ceremonial house to get the monorail and having the swimming pool right outside our sliding door was really convenient with 3 kids who are fish.

We stayed at POR when we came back from the 4 day cruise and it was nice as well but the monorail station in the hotel at the Poly was SO nice!!!

I cant wait to go back!

We are headed to the Poly for 1 night after the cruise. I requested the Samoa lodge because I thought it is very close to the pools and centrally located. I was more concerned about the central location than anything else.

I hope it is great! It ought to be for the $$ I'm paying for 1 night. LOL.

We stayed at the Poly a few years ago and had one the end buildings by the TTC (to the right as you look at the resort from the front). We liked it because we could walk to and from the TTC and catch the monorail to EPCOT without having to ride the Magic Kingdom monorail around. Also you can walk to the boat dock and ride the boat to Magic Kingdom if the monorail is busy.
Just our preference but we felt it gave us more options.
