So I have been reading reviews for CBR and find it amusing that people staying at that resort have such a wide range of reviews from "best place ever" to "never staying here again". Its not changing my mind just think its interesting

That's why I don't pay much attention to the reviews unless they list specifics. Some people are so picky and complain about everything. I remember when I was researching the resort we stayed at in Mexico for our honeymoon there was someone complaining about a black cat outside the room. I did see a black cat for a second, but it didn't make enough of an impression on me to ruin my vacation....
I'm not picky and don't focus on the small things. So things that bother others wouldn't make me blink.

I've noticed a lot of TA reviews about Disney resorts have a lot of negative posts.

Heck there's a lot of negative reviews on here. I can't believe the people who can recount every scratch on a piece of furniture or small ding in a wall and it seems to affect their entire vacation. If I notice something like that it's almost an accident. I surely don't go looking for that kind of thing and if I see it it's definitely not going to affect my vacation!
