Well the Gulf of Mexico is pretty darn close to being the ocean!!A lot closer than Lake Erie is!
What's Lake Erie like??? Um, well not turquoise water & white sand.
It's huge, borders NY, PA, OH, MI, and Canada. Part of the Great Lakes. There are some nice beaches up on Presque Isle. http://www.presqueisle.org/
Yeah, it was weird feeling crappy at WDW. I was just like - this is NOT happening, this is the happiest place on Earth and I am NOT letting this sore throat get me down!!
IDK what was going on behind that facade thing. I heard painting maybe. But Sheila said it was up on her March trip and it was still up in May, so I don't know. That's a long time for painting.
I was thinking that too -- that it looks crowded in some of my MK pics, but it really wasn't! At least the wait times were not long.
Yes, we'll have to see if DS10 held up his end of the deal at Epcot!!
Thanks for the Presque Isle link. That's a really neat place! I'd never even heard of it before. I love how much I learn on the Dis!

I'm glad you shared both the hit and miss with us.
When I am sick I look pretty much like death.

That's probably a good idea to order it and something else not as sweet and then share. I know some people think it's too sweet, but I don't. It's like regular french toast, rolled in cinnamon sugar. Maybe the bread is a little richer too. I can finish a whole serving and that is very unlike me. I very rarely finish anything. My eyes are always bigger than my stomach. So for me to finish something it has to be very good! Now with that said, we usually go to Kona around 10am and then I don't eat again until about 5pm!
When the train came it pulled up and stopped. The gate where the CM opens it up to let people out to go to the train falls right about in the middle of the train. So you could see when the train passed you in line that there were seats towards the front. And people started to head that way. The CM screamed at them that if they didn't go towards the back of the train for seats he wouldn't let them on.
Yes, I'm serious. It was the strangest thing I have ever seen at WDW. He was so mean and so demanding and there was no reason for it. I'd hate to see him on a busy day. People were even saying things to him like – there's no reason to be so rude. He just ignored them and kept on yelling and trying to herd people where he (for some reason
) wanted them to be. By the time we got to the gate to go find a seat we were horrified and headed for the back so he wouldn't scream at us and there were very few seats to be found. We were lucky to find one for all of us. Meanwhile we knew all those seats towards the front were still open. Crazy!
