Trigger Happy

We were flipping channels last night and landed on Comedy Central, where they were showing 'Trigger Happy.' It was absolutely hilarious! I've never been a fan of 'Candid Camera,' and obviously there are similarities between the two shows, but 'Trigger Happy' was just so much funnier and not nearly as mean. Is it still on in the UK? If not, does anyone know how many episodes there were? I'll definitely be keeping my eye on Comedy Central.

Trigger Happy must be coming up with a new series soon here in the UK as they have been showing repeats for ages.
Sorry don't know how many episodes there were, but have to agree that its funny

Hi Michelle - I understand from my son who is a Dom Joli (sp?) fan that he decided not to make any more. I suspect that he felt that he didn't want it to get to the stage where the format became 'tired'.

I must admit, I started to watch with my DS and I really found it hilarious. There are videos available over here but don't know if they'll make it across the pond.

There has been 2 series so far (I think) and they are available to buy on video and DVD, i just love the fighting puppy's i feel so sorry for the one.

I read yesterday that Guy Ritchie (as in Mr Madonna) is making a new series for C5 - it's along the lines of a "funny" Police, Camera, Action, but with Trigger Happy and Dom Joly thrown in

A couple of examples they gave were of a bicycle left lying in the road and when someone nicks it it turns left when they want to turn right, right when left etc - all on camera and another one which I can't remember, but really appealled to my silly sense of humour.

So those spy on the wall and Trigger Happy fans will have something to look forward to

.........the sketch where he is dressed up as a snail just came into my mind!!! Anyone seen that?? He is dressed up as a snail standing at a zebra crossing, the traffic stops for him to cross and he lies down on the ground and slides verryyyyyyyyyy slooooowwlly across the road keeping them waiting for AGES......... and do any of the Brits get out and challenge him??!! LOL no!! They just sit waiting patiently unti lhe has crossed over!!
