I booked the Dolphin a few weeks back for 12/16-12/28 and gave the ALLEARS rate. Was told the rate would got to 269 on 12/25. Ouch, but booked it anyway, hoping for a code, or to work it out later. Long story short, I rec'd my conf. letter only showing the dates to 12/25. When I called to have a new letter sent out they quoted my 12/25,26,27 rate at 169! After seceral calls trying to figure out where that rate came from(not that I'm complaining, but need to know) I was told it is an EXPEDIA rate! Now I have never used EXPEDIA, and even tho the agent told me no ID, card etc is necessary, I am freaking out. Can ANYONE who has booked a room using Expedia tell me what to expect? Or am I sunk for those 3 nights, 'cause now the rate is $305!:earseek:

Nothing wrong with expedia. I've used it to book Universal Studios Hotels before and had absolutely no problem.

So it's just a "rate"...not anything I have to join, show membership for? I have to say, the Dolphin found me this rate...as I was expecting 269. I am going crazy waiting for my revised conf letter to arrive!
