Tried and true appetizer recipes..

I've done this for a dinner party - you can pre-serve in cups/bowls with spoons to make it easy to grab. It meets every allergy and food restriction, it's a "party" with the tequila (although you can go all lime for teetotalers), and you can then make a sangria with the tequila and a nice wine (and some of the fruit you're using anyway in the salad) and be the hit of the party - sangria and summer are made to be together...https://www.tasteofhome.com/recipes/tequila-lime-fruit-salad/

PS - And this is the definition of the "easy" recipe...you can also sub raw honey for the sugar syrup in whole or in part, if you're like me and looking for a little more health buck for your sweet...

Have you ever done a charcuterie board? They’re kind of fun, and you can put on there whatever you like.

DD did this one recently. Some of the things on there: hummus, vined cherry tomatoes, mini caprese salad sticks that @laughinplace199 mentioned above, fig jam, white chocolate covered pretzels, grapes raspberries and strawberries, salami, sliced cheese, alouette spreadable cheese, assorted crackers, trail mix, pretzel snacks, garlic stuffed olives, etc. People stood around the board snacking for quite a while!

Yes to this! My hair stylist recommended I do this a few years ago, and showed me some pics of how she put them together, and it was life-changing. People love the selecting and nibbling! And so easy to put together!
