I'm on a HOTHS next week and got this email about a week ago. It basically says nothing helpful

I poked around old pre-COVID navigators and found many had afternoon Halloween festivities so I am banking on that (otherwise we have to tweak a Palo reservation once on board...).
Thank you for choosing a
Disney Cruise Line vacation. We look forward to sailing with you and want to take this opportunity to share some important information as you prepare to pack for your vacation.
We’ll be celebrating
Halloween on the High Seas with themed offerings during your sailing and you’re invited to bring a costume to join in the fun. Though not required, we encourage Guests of all ages to bring their costumes.
Additional information on themed events, times and locations will be available onboard in the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator App.
Please remember that while all Guests are invited to wear costumes, masks that completely cover a person's face may only be worn when standing still at character photo locations and must be carried when moving around the ship. We also ask that you choose costumes that are not obstructive or offensive. To avoid any disappointment or delay in the boarding process, please refrain from bringing toys or props that resemble guns, knives or other related implements, as these items will not be allowed onboard.
Again, we look forward to sailing with you and hope you have a magical cruise.
