Trick or treating downtown on Oct 31

I've heard they have trick or treating Downtown Disney on Oct. 31. Has anyone ever done this and did you wear your costumes? Did they hand out bags like at Magic Kingdom? What time did you get there? We are going to the Magic Kingdom party earlier in the week and thought this would be fun too.

Yes. We did it last year.
They give out treat bags (small) but you can put it in almost any type of bag. You can dress in costumes and certain stores give out candy. They will tell you where the treat points are within the store. (think they were maked with a sign and balloons)
Think it started around 6pm but not sure. It was in the evening though.
Fun on a much smaller scale then MNSSHP.
