We purchased ours at a Landry's restaurant and our server suggested we put a date in for the birthday that was around when we normally visit. (He said, if you normally come at this time of year then put down a date in June because we go to Landry's when we visit Myrtle Beach annually.) We do love Disney in December and knew we were going then so we booked it then. I believe that the reward is good for the month of the birthday? Don't quote me on it, but I believe that's what our server told us. HTH!

Do they check your birthday when you sign up? Mine is in December and out last day is November 30. Kinda sucks!

I've had my $25 birthday reward for this year - was told it could be anytime during your birth month with an extension, I think, of 15 more days.

From what I understand though, the $25 is not loaded onto the card until the actual month. I would call and check it out. They just added a new restaurant in our area to Landry's Select Club, so we would rather use it.

Questions for you......
1. We are going close to my daughter's birthday, could i put the card in her name to get the birthday reward? She's going to be 7....
2. Her birthday is December 29, would the reward expire January 15 or would they give us extra time since her bday is so close to the end of the month?

sorry for all the detailed questions.....i tried to check the FAQ section of the landry's select card and the webpage is down??!?!

I guess you could put the card in her name.

The reward expires the 15th of the following month. I called and had no problems getting an extra few weeks.

I have a card, need to register it! DH's b-day was the 16th of Nov. And we have ADRs for 12/11. I'll see if we can get the $50! That would be awesome!!! Then we wouldn't have to use a TS credit! Woot!

The wait inside the restaurant was far longer for us. Our total time in that place (at our table) was 3 hours.

Even our 9 year old son was over the joint by that time. There is only so long you can experience the meteor shower and resulting "growls" before you want to snap.

It would seem, for us, that time limit was reached at about 2 hours into this exhilarating experience.
